My goals for personal training are primarily to optimize my level of fitness and build stamina & endurance so I can better cope with the demands of my career. Specifically, I want better core strength, a trim physique with good posture and have my clothes fit better. I’ve been working with Lissette for over 2 years, and she has developed a customized full-body workout program for me that focuses on what I need to meet my goals, and she is always careful to avoid aggravating my chronic neck & shoulder issues. Every week she provides a different workout that continues to keep me challenged! My workouts have become an important part of my life now and I really miss them when I’m away on business or vacation. I’ am very happy with my progress; the combination of training with Lissette and some careful attention to diet I’ve been able to drop 20 pounds in the past year. I think it’s time for some new outfits for the spring & summer!
I am absolutely thrilled to have Lisette as my personal trainer. She is incredible and understands the uniqueness of each client. I would travel half way round the world to train with her!!
